Booking T&Cs & Privacy Policy
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the enrolment and participation in the SouthSide Detailing Maintenance Program and packages. By participating in our packages and enrolling in the program, clients agree to abide by these Terms and acknowledge their understanding of the benefits, obligations, and responsibilities outlined herein.
Mobile Detailing Conditions
SouthSide Detailing is a mobile service that comes to your workplace or doorstep.
We require a safe place to gain water access and electricity access.
Work will NOT be carried out on vehicles on a main, heavy traffic, small or tight road. Work will NOT be carried out in pay & display car parks.
Maintenance Program Elegibility
Clients must complete a Full Detail at the standard rate.
Once a full detail is completed clients may opt into a regular maintenance plan every 2 or 4 weeks.
Clients must comply with all Program requirements to remain enrolled and retain eligibility for ongoing benefits.
Maintenance Program Frequency
The initial maintenance must be scheduled within the first 4 weeks of the initial full detail.
Failure to maintain the required interval (i.e., exceeding 8 weeks between maintenance services) will result in the termination of Program eligibility. Clients who miss this window must complete a new full detail service at the standard rate to re-enter the Program.
Clients must complete at least two consecutive maintenance details to regain eligibility for Program benefits, including discounts and add-ons.
Service Pricing
Maintenance and detailing packages will vary on vehicle size, condition and time to complete the service. Pricing will be clearly communicated before any work commencing.
Rates are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, or other factors that may affect the scope of the detailing service. Clients will be notified of any changes to pricing before the each scheduled service.
Additional charges will apply if your interior is heavily soiled with dirt, pet hair or mould. We advise if you have any of the above to send a few select pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated upon the day before any work commences.
Scheduling and Payment Policy
Payment for all services is due at the time of service completion via cash or card.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above terms may result in full booking charges being payable. An invoice will be sent to the address and email given which you will of supplied upon booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. A missed booking is a missed wage, we will not fall victim to a loss in time or pay under any circumstances.
Liability and Responsibility
SouthSide Detailing is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle during detailing services. Clients are encouraged to remove any valuables or personal belongings before their service appointment.
SouthSide Detailing is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damages, or issues within the vehicle that were present prior to the detailing service. Clients are advised to notify SouthSide Detailing of any special care requirements or concerns prior to the service.
In the event of any accidents, damage, or loss during detailing, SouthSide Detailing will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and, if applicable, provide compensation in accordance with the terms of service and insurance.
